What Massage is Good for Me

It depends on your body type, fitness level, activity level, stretching, nutrition and peace of mind. Together, we will find the right massage for you. I will do what feels right and will ask you if you concur. We can easily adjust to less or more pressure.

Deep tissue massage can be done in a comfortable way, but it means it is slower. It will not hurt at all but it will require more appointments. People with clogged lymph and/or inflamed tissue are candidates for this type of massage.

More athletic types with excellent circulation and nutrition can take a more heavy approach that works faster.

If you need help with a problem area, please plan for at least 90 min appointment.

I try to improve posture and get rid of kinks on any body I work on. How much we get done depends on the speed we work at, and speed is related to how comfortable the massage is to the receiver. Everyone has their own personal levels of tolerance to pressure and discomfort. Some people feel extreme pain if they are barely touched because their tissue is highly toxic, and some enjoy “good pain” of stronger pressure, for example, elbows.
