What To Expect?

The best is to arrive to massage at least 1 hour after eating. However, please have some food before so that you are not feeling hungry and exhausted.

Please arrive hydrated. Please plan to spend a few minutes to calm down before your massage.

Immediately after massage, drink room temperature water. Try to walk a little bit to feel your new body and to get accustomed to more upright and proper posture. Your body will be different, you will feel taller and lighter.

After massage, please drink plenty of room temperature water, so that all the lactic acid squeezed from your muscles can be eliminated. Make sure to stay warm, even sweat, and stretch. Make sure to eat foods that will promote regular and complete bowel movement. Make sure to take your vitamins, especially vitamin C (preferably as food based, or Ester C).

All these measures will ensure that your body can dispose of all the toxins and waste we squeezed out of the muscles, so that you do not experience soreness the next day.

If we worked at the right speed, you will feel quite good at the end of massage, and even better the next day.

If you were trying to save money and time and asked me to work out as much of your problem areas as fast as possible, you might feel sore the next day, but it should be manageable and dispersing quickly.
